Why You Might See Inappropriate Ads
While we do our best to ensure a smooth experience, some advertisements displayed in-game are managed by third-party providers, which means we don’t directly control the content. Occasionally, an ad may slip through that doesn’t meet our standards—or yours.
How to Report an Ad
If you come across an ad that you feel is inappropriate or disruptive, please contact our Customer Support Team with the following information:

A screenshot of the ad, with the product or brand clearly visible.

A description of the ad (what it contains, the product or brand featured, etc.).

A short explanation of why the ad is inappropriate (e.g. offensive content, misleading information, unable to close the ad, etc.).
Using the “Report Ad” Button
Some ads include an information ("i") icon—usually in one of the corners of the ad. If available:

Tap the “i” icon.

Select “Report Ad.”

Choose the most appropriate reason for your report.
Once reported this way, the ad should no longer appear on your device.
